There is nothing more important than a good night sleep. Sleeping well is important because it allows your body time to recover, puts your mind at ease, and all in all, gives you time to relax away from everything. Sleeping well doesn’t just involve the act of going to sleep, but it involves other things such as the mattress, the time of day, what’s on your mind, and so on. If your mattress is too hard or too soft, you might find that you are uncomfortable and toss and turn all night, which prevents you from getting the good sleep. Going to bed too late or too early also can lead to body confusion as your body has its own internal clock and if you mess with it too much, it can cause health problems. Going to bed with a lot on your mind is also problematic as these thoughts will keep you awake, or worse, you will dream about these problems, leading you to more pitiful sleep. It is important to make sure that you leave your work stress at work and get at least 8 good hours of sleep in order to feel rested.
