It has long been discussed as to what the most important meal of the day is. While some argue that lunch is the most important, studies have shown that it is, in fact, breakfast that takes the title of most important. Why, you ask? It would seem that the body needs that jump start in the morning which is supplied by eating breakfast. That jump start allows your brain to start working, as well as giving your body energy that it needs to function. Not eating breakfast makes your body use stored energy and you feel tired quicker. Eating breakfast also allows your body to burn calories, sets your metabolism for the day and allows you to function better. While eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all important, eating a hearty breakfast will benefit you the most.
